Can I make a claim for a parcel which has not been delivered?

A.

If an item has been despatched on a service offering compensation, you may be able to raise a claim. Please refer to your Whistl contract for our Terms and Conditions regarding claims, you will also need to ensure you comply with the process and requirements detailed in the Tracked Services Customer Guide.
