My parcel is showing as delivered but my recipient has not received their item, what should I do?
If the item is showing as delivered to a safe place, please advise the recipient to check their property for the item. The item may have also been delivered to a neighbour directly opposite or either side of the delivery property.
If an item has been delivered with a signature, a copy of the signature can be obtained from your Whistl Internal Account Executive and on some services, the name of the signee may also be visible against tracking for the item in Despatch Manager.
