Do I need to carry out any sortation of my items for collection?

You will need to carry out a small amount of segregation for your collection, in particular, to ensure the driver is able to identify and prioritise any Next Day traffic. For detailed requirements on presenting your items for collection, please refer to the Tracked Services Customer Guide. The latest version may be obtained from your Internal Account Executive.
