Is there any documentation I should provide with my collection?
If you are using any of our postal services (both untracked and part tracked), you will need to provide a Whistl Tray Card with each container you have used (for example a container may be a bag, pallet or magnum).
If you are using our fully tracked services, you will need to use a Tracked Services Container Card and apply one to each container.
Failure to provide a tray or container card may impact our ability to process your items, for detailed requirements and assistance - please refer to the Tracked Services Customer Guide. the latest version may be obtained from your Internal Account Executive.
