Our labels are not printing clear and there appear to be breaks in the barcodes. How should we address this?
A.
You may need to check your printer and either change your ink or the printer head. Print quality issues on labels are not typically an issue with Web Despatch and if in doubt, you may wish to contact the supplier of the printer.
If your printer was supplied by Whistl, please contact your Customer Services Internal Account Executive for assistance. Please ensure you have your Whistl Client ID (for example: L10054) to hand.
